Hi, I'm Mike. I am a West Coast lifestyle photographer living & exploring amongst the coastal rainforests & back roads of Vancouver Island. I'm mainly interested in being outdoors and exploring the intersections of humans and nature, using artistic docu-style photography as a storytelling technique.

I spent the previous 15 years in the creative industry as a graphic designer and now split my time as a photographer and horticulturist. When I have free time I try to wrangle my teen sons into hanging with their old pops, go camping as much as possible, play a lot of soccer, shamelessly eat cheese, and blast 80's funk & boogie at high volume 😎.
